The Latvian Relief Fund of America (LRFA) has joined LatCham as a non-profit member. Founded in 1952, it is represented in all 50 states under IRS #501c8. Non-profit corporation that promotes fraternal and financial programs. This includes a variety of benefit plans to help members to cover their health care, funeral and other expenses.

LRFA Health Care and Medicare Supplemental plans help cover medical expenses of participating members. The LRFA also offers members a Supplemental Health Care Plan. In addition, LRFA assists with Travel Medical Insurance and helps members obtain Health Care coverage for Visitors from Abroad. All members of the LRFA, Inc. are eligible for monetary relief from the LRFA Emergency Assistance Fund in cases of natural disaster or other catastrophic events.
