LatCham appreciates the fruitful work done by Ambassador Charles Larson during his tenure as the United States Ambassador to the Republic of Latvia. Ambassador Larson was very active in promoting cooperation between the US and Latvia and the US implemented Visa free travel during his tenure as Ambassador, promoted transparency in governance, and advanced the notion of Latvia moving away from a perception of being viewed as a former captive nation to one of being a strategic partner for the United States. LatCham wishes the Ambassador and his family the very best in the future and hope to see them again soon! Thank You.
